My family and I had such a great experience

No use being frustrated when your home is overpriced and it doesn’t sell! A Realtor that takes an overpriced listing is just wanting to have the listing and not being honest with you! My goal is to sell your home, just not list it!
- Clutter! Simplify your home, so when there are scheduled showings for either potential purchasers or Realtor Tours even the other Real Estate Companies see your home at its “Best”!
- Make sure the home has sufficient lighting and all the lights are on.
- When it comes to fragrances, do not use overpowering scented sprays. A drop of vanilla extract on the stove burner smells like you have been baking.
- Pet control, please take your pets with you
- One of the best tips is to vacate the house. Purchasers do not feel comfortable viewing the home with the seller’s still in the home.
- Last but not least make sure you have taken out the trash under the kitchen sink. Almost all purchasers I know open up cabinets and closets to check out space available.
